Costume includes the peacock dress with back lace up section, the fan tail (with boning), the neck choker & a cute cocktail style hat with

3 peacock plumes on a headband.

Fan-tail has a beautiful scalloped edge.

The underside is a royal blue flocked velvet.

It measures appr. 26" high & 46" wide at the widest point.

Fan-tail is easily attached.

Strings on the fan-tail, are inserted through tiny slits on the side of the costume & tie on the inside front of the bodice.

If you wish to wear the peacock with the proud tail in the *up* position, simply lift it & velcro it to the neck piece.
